ACCENTURE IS LOOKING FOR UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS REPS
The Unemployment Claims Processor will actively assist the State in processing unemployment claims. This project includes paid training and provides the hardware required to perform the role (laptop). Must be able to work any shift between the hours of 7:45am EST-5:45pm EST Monday-Friday. Process claims via inbound and outbound calls and/or chat module. Document all encounters in clear and concise logs. Develop the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide outstanding customer service.
