Requirements
SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS:
Must be professional, ethical, and have a patient-centric attitude
Must be results oriented and pay strong attention to detail
Must be well organized and computer literate
Must have at least 2 years of contact center experience
Must be a true team player with great communication skills
Must be able to advocate our brands well
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
Must be able to work the following schedule; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 7:00am to 3:00pm CST and Saturday, Sunday - 6:00am to 2:00pm CST
